Peak 15/Noveria: 1. Yes, you could have avoided killing poor Captain Ventralis and his guards. After you've acquired Dr Cohen's pass, you can get to Benezia through the Maintenance Area (not the Restricted Area). If you go that way, then after you've finished with Benezia and the rachni queen, the exit will take you straight to the area where you activate the neutron purge, avoiding Ventralis's men altogether. 2. Tali wanting to kill the rachni queen: Depending on which squad mates you have with you, one will always advocate killing the queen and one will always recommend saving her. If you'd taken a more aggressive squad mate, Tali would have been the one calling for her to be saved. Wrex, of course, will always call for the queen to be killed, and will be very upset if you let her live! 3. Wrex's lack of reaction to the rachni mission: Yeah, he does vent about it, but he does it in the lab, not on the ship. (Of course, you have to take him with you to see it!)

As my wife and I watch you play the Mass Effect "Legendary Edition", we are both constantly surprised by how dramatically easier it is for you, compared to our experience playing through the original Mass Effect version, on the Xbox360. For example, the battle with Matriarch Benezia took me more than a dozen attempts (on moderate difficulty). My shields would be drained after just a few hits, and then my health, could get depleted almost instantly. Conversely, enemies took several hits and they came at me from multiple directions - nowhere to hide. Also, it seems like your play-though of the Legendary Edition is overly generous with loot, too. I'm curious how different it feels if you bump up the difficulty a level or two. Are you up for a challenge? No pressure. After all, I know you're mostly here for the story, which is quite interesting.

Not really a spoiler but you didn't search one of the mercenary bodies on Nonuel, he had a League of One medallion on his body. Also I didn't actually know the those guards on Noveria could betray you, I always went to Benezia first so I've never seen this version of the mission, pretty neat.

An interesting thing about your squad mates is they all have their own paragon/renegade alignment, so in situations like dealing with the Rachni Queen your squad mates will argue for or against killing the Rachni based on whether they are paragon or renegade. For instance, because you had Tali & Liara, Tali argued for killing the Rachni, but if you had brought Tali & Ashley, Tali would have argued for freeing the Rachni, because Tali is more renegade than Liara and Ashley is more renegade then Tali

It’s a very interesting choice to make for the Rachni. But glad to see you guys let the Queen live. 😊❤️.

I love that there were subtle hints that Alice wasn't human, like when she said, "I just wanted a life like other girls" or "Why do humans hate us(not you, US)?" That second one was almost a dead giveaway. Kara knew the whole time, but had convinced herself otherwise. Also, that theater marquee had " To Infinite and Beyond" on it(Buzzlightyear's catchphrase).

You really need to replay the scene with Markus preparing the march and listen to the conversations being had, some of them are hilarious! That said, I think Kamski new this was going to happen and was like, "Aight, Imma dip out before this sh*t blows up in y'alls faces since you didn't listen to me."

I know others have said it, but I'll repeat it. Bryan Dechart(Connor) and the Tracis(Amelia Rose Blair) are married in real life and they stream on Twitch. The vods are uploaded to their UA-cam channel. They also just welcomed their first child earlier this month.

The scene with Markus being "reborn" at the junk yard was INCREDIBLE! The sound design is so well done, especially when you put the ear component in and the sound snaps back on 🤯🤯🤯. The shot when he gets to the top of the hill(where he's on his knees looking up at the camera) is a nice Shawshank reference.

18:00 missed chance for infinite Renegade/Paragon points. If you keep talking to him, he repeats the same dialogue over and over so you can keep choosing the Renegade and Paragon points. At least that's how it was in the original game

The puzzle is called "Tower of Hanoi". :) It's based on the concept that each "block" gets progressively heavier as it goes up in size. This makes it so you can't put heavier blocks on lighter blocks, as it would "Destroy" the smaller block. It's used a lot as it's a classic puzzle.

Yeah.. In most cases there will always be a fight. Somethings you just can't talk your way out of things in ME. What you fought in the office, was the planet security. Who you talked to first were the mercenaries that were also hired. So you reduced the number of combatants.

45:00 that puzzle was also used in the Star Wars: The Knights of the Old Republic. Another BioWare classic game before Mass Effect. Similarly. 😊. It’s a fun puzzle.

You need to remember the ending still leads to lis 1. Becaus of that i have issues with it. Like the ending implies Chloe tries but lis 1 showed that that clearly never was the case.

My favorite game series. I have played the trilogy once a year for a decade. I also love bioware's other big series, dragon age. I play those often as well.
